Very educational blog! Loved the articles. I’ve been attending Sevina’s Dance to Relax class for several years. Best yoga class I’ve ever ayttended. Combines yoga, dance and meditation in a way that no other class has done. Very unique, affective and life changing! Sevina is a true gem!
